On Tuesday, June 25, 2019, educators joined us for an engaging, one-day teacher workshop focused on the significant events from President Lyndon B. Johnson's administration. Primary source-based lessons and content knowledge on the topics of civil rights, the Great Society, the 1964 presidential election, and the Vietnam War were provided.

- 10 a.m. - We Shall Overcome: The Fight for Voting Rights
- 11:30 a.m. - Lunch
- 12 noon - The Election Collection
- 1 p.m. - An Overview of the Vietnam War with Dr. Mark Lawrence, The University of Texas at Austin
- 2:45 p.m. - The Great Society: Then and Now
